For directors and group secretaries. Once a company is dissolved, what it still owns passes to the Crown. Its Slack or Microsoft Teams archive can be dealt with before that.

### What we can do

- **An asset that is rarely listed** — the Slack or Microsoft Teams archive, internal documentation and project histories of a company that employed 50 people or more at its peak. Specialised buyers license this kind of data for AI training.
- **Who decides** — the directors, while the company exists. Internal messages contain personal data of former employees: whether and how they can be transferred is a legal question for the company and the buyer (UK GDPR), not something this site can settle or promise.
- **Why before the strike-off** — on dissolution, what the company still owns passes to the Crown, and its workspaces are usually closed.
- **What we do** — tell us which company and roughly how many people it employed; we answer with whether it fits and what to do next. We are paid by the buyer if a partnership is signed, never by the company.
